오늘 고객사에 이메일을 쓰는 중에 "죄송하지만 제 의견은 좀 다릅니다." 라는 표현을 쓰려고 하니 Sorry for ~ 와 같은 표현 밖에는 생각이 나지 않더라구요. 그렇지만 이견을 표현하는 데 Sorry for 라고 하기에는 뭔가 맞지 않는 문구인 것 같아 정중하게 이견을 나타내는 표현을 찾아봤습니다.
상대방의 의견에 정중하게 반대하는 데 with all due respect를 사용할 수 있고 이 표현은 informal 한 자리가 아닌 formal한 자리에서 사용됩니다. 격식을 차려야 하는 미팅이나 이메일에서 이견을 표현할 때 사용할 수 있을 것 같아 오늘은 with all due respect에 대해 예문과 함께 공부해 보려고 합니다.
